The future stars of Adventure Tourism

Last week, 22 Term 2 Adventure Tourism Management students from Queenstown Resort College took the plunge and took part in our Half Day Queenstown Canyoning. The program at QRC “focuses on the operational and risk elements of running a successful and safe activity” and is the only provider of Adventure Tourism Management in the Southern Hemisphere.

They embarked on our four-hour trip, abseiling, sliding, plunging, jumping and scrambling through our stunning Queenstown canyon. Studying Adventure Tourism in the Adventure Capital of the World sure has it’s perks!
