Emily is originally from Utah but has been spending the last couple of years living between Utah and Arizona, river guiding in the Grand Canyon.
New to Queenstown, Emily is loving the atmosphere, mountain views and the many good times to be had.
Growing up in the sand and the snow, Emily loves being outdoors and living the simple life.
A secret ping pong champ, Emily has confessed to being a pretty bad cook. Makes sense seeing as she is addicted to gas station hot dogs!

Brodie also known as Bro, Brodo Baggins, The Thumb, and occasionally Neck grew up not far from Queenstown in a little town called Lumsden.
He loves Queenstown for its beauty, the endless amount of activities on offer and that it is close to home.
A sci-fi, fantasy with a twist of humour kind of guy, Brodie’s favourite shows are Rick and Morty, and Attack on Titan. Or so he says….we’ve got word that one of his favourite things to do in his downtime, is to watch reality TV with the Mrs.

Tessa is loving the outdoor playground that is Queenstown and the wonderful people within it. She enjoys getting out of her comfort zone by ice climbing and believes that the ultimate attitude for the adventurer is best explained with the quote, “There is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing.”
Her favourite food is homemade lasagne, made with her father, and her special skill is opening jars – you know, the ones that no one else can open.
Word on the street is that Tessa is also a very talented harp player. We’re trying to find a harp for her so that we can hear her play!
Kirstin, originally from Oregon, moved to New Zealand over 12 years ago as a sheep shearer…seriously! She moved to the Central Otago town of Omakau after earning a Bachelor of Animal Science from Montana State University. After working on Icebreaker merino stations, she worked for them in their US and NZ Head Offices building their global eCommerce business.
She and her husband have a 6kg furball named Doug who they adopted from Queenstown Cat Rescue and he’s the light of their world. She grew up showing Quarter Horses and hopes to add a few to her stable…she just needs a bigger backyard!
If she could only eat at one restaurant for the rest of her life – easy choice, Taco Medic!

Amanda grew up in a small Italian village, east of the Italian Alps, in Trentino. Amanda says it’s the best county in Italy for skiing and outdoor lovers and we believe her – she started skiing at 4 years old and was a ski racer until the age of 17!
Amanda was a ski instructor in Italy for a few seasons before travelling around Australia and then to Queenstown, where she decided to stay for the winter season. Like many others, she came for the winter and has stayed for the summer.
She loves a good chat and really enjoys helping people choose the perfect activity to make their time in Queenstown extra special. In her spare time, Amanda likes to travel and explore – from crowded cities to deserted beaches, she just loves discovering new places. She also loves a good barbie with her friends and beers in the sunshine!
